Per visit. That's our starting rate for a single commercial visit. Beyond that, work is priced per site — square footage, frequency, hours of access and scope all change the figure, so a headline rate would be misleading. Tell us the premises and the schedule you need and we'll come back with a fixed monthly cost. Day and night rates available.

How much does commercial cleaning cost? ▾

Commercial cleaning starts at £90 per visit. Beyond that it depends on the size of the premises, how often you need us, and whether the work happens during or outside business hours — so rather than publish one rate that wouldn't apply to your site, we quote per premises. Send us the square footage, the rough scope and the frequency you're after and we'll come back with a fixed monthly figure.

Can you clean outside our opening hours? ▾

Yes. Day and night rates are both available, and a lot of our commercial work happens early morning or after close so it doesn't interrupt trading. Access arrangements — keys, codes, alarm procedures — are agreed before the first clean.

Are you insured? ▾

Yes, we carry Public Liability and Employers' Liability insurance. Certificates are available on request, and we're used to providing them for building management and landlords.

What happens if our regular cleaner is off? ▾

Backup staff are part of how we're set up. Every contract has cover in place, so illness or holiday doesn't mean a missed clean. It's the single most common complaint we hear about previous providers.

Do you do one-off commercial cleans as well as contracts? ▾

Both. One-off deep cleans before an opening, after an event, or at the end of a lease are common. Ongoing contracts are invoiced monthly with payment due within 14 days.
