Studio / 1 bedroom. Charged hourly at £30/hr during the day, with the Night slot (6pm–8pm) at £35/hr. A studio or one bed is typically 4 hours, rising to around 9 hours for a large property. 2 bed from £150, 3 bed from £180, 4 bed from £210, 5+ bed from £270.

How much does a deep clean cost? ▾

Deep cleans are charged hourly — £30 per hour during the day, £35 per hour for the Night slot between 6pm and 8pm. In practice that works out at around £120 for a studio or one bedroom, £150 for two bedrooms, £180 for three, £210 for four and £270 for five or more. You'll see the exact figure before you pay when you book online.

What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean? ▾

A regular clean maintains a property that's already in reasonable condition — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen. A deep clean tackles what builds up underneath that: grease inside the oven and extractor, limescale in the shower, grout that's discoloured, dust behind and beneath furniture. It takes considerably longer and is usually a reset rather than something you repeat monthly.

How long does a deep clean take? ▾

Around four hours for a studio or one bedroom, up to nine or so for a large property. We don't rush it — the whole point is reaching the things a quicker clean skips.

Are you insured? ▾

Yes, we carry Public Liability and Employers' Liability insurance. Details available on request.

Can I add carpet cleaning? ▾

Yes. Carpet and upholstery cleaning is available as an extra, along with inside the oven, inside the fridge or freezer, internal windows and outdoor areas. You can add them when you book and the price updates as you go.
