Studio / 1 bedroom. Roughly 2 hours for a studio or one bed, scaling with property size. The Night slot (6pm–8pm) is charged at a higher rate. Same pricing whether it's a one-off, weekly or fortnightly booking.

Both. Plenty of clients start with a one-off and move to a regular slot once they've seen the standard. Recurring bookings keep the same rate, and we'll aim to send the same cleaner where we can so they learn how you like things done.
