Studio / 1 bedroom. Charged hourly at £30/hr during the day, £35/hr for the Night slot (6pm–8pm). Roughly 2 hours for a studio or one bed, scaling with property size. 2 bed from £90, 3 bed from £120, 4 bed from £150, 5+ bed from £180. Same pricing for one-off, weekly or fortnightly.

How much does regular home cleaning cost? ▾

Residential cleans are charged hourly at £30 per hour during the day and £35 per hour for the Night slot between 6pm and 8pm. That's around £60 for a studio or one bedroom, £90 for two bedrooms, £120 for three, £150 for four and £180 for five or more. The rate is the same whether it's a one-off or a recurring booking.

Do you offer weekly and fortnightly cleans, or one-offs only? ▾

Both. Plenty of clients start with a one-off and move to a regular slot once they've seen the standard. Recurring bookings keep the same rate, and we'll aim to send the same cleaner where we can so they learn how you like things done.

Do I need to be home? ▾

Not necessarily. We're happy to work with key handover or a key safe. We'll keep you updated, and your invoice arrives once the job's done.

Are you insured? ▾

Yes, we carry Public Liability and Employers' Liability insurance. Details available on request.

What happens if my cleaner is off sick? ▾

You get cover. Backup staff are built into how we operate, so illness or holiday doesn't turn into a missed week — which is the single thing most people tell us went wrong with their last cleaner.
