How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost in London? ▾

Our end of tenancy cleans start at £150 for a studio or one-bedroom property. A two bedroom is from £190, three bedroom from £230, four bedroom from £270, and five or more bedrooms from £330. The price is fixed by property size rather than charged hourly, so you know the total before we start. Optional extras — carpet and upholstery cleaning, internal windows, inside the fridge — are priced separately and shown when you book.

What's included in an end of tenancy clean? ▾

Every room is cleaned top to bottom: kitchen units inside and out, oven, hob and extractor, fridge and freezer, bathrooms descaled and sanitised, skirting boards, door frames, light switches, internal windows and sills, and floors throughout. It's built around the checklist letting agents typically inspect against, which is a considerably deeper clean than a standard domestic visit.

Will I get my deposit back? ▾

We can't guarantee what a landlord or agent decides — that's their call, and it can involve things beyond cleanliness like damage or missing items. What we can do is clean to the standard they inspect against. The large majority of our clients get their full deposit returned after our clean.

Are you insured? ▾

Yes, we carry Public Liability and Employers' Liability insurance. Details are available on request.

How long does it take? ▾

Roughly four hours for a studio or one bedroom, rising to nine or ten hours for a large property. We'll give you a realistic window when you book — we'd rather tell you it's a long job than rush it and have you fail the inspection.

How much notice do you need? ▾

We can often turn around end of tenancy cleans within 24 to 48 hours. Moving dates tend to be fixed, so the earlier you book the better your choice of slot.
